Paula Bennett is a devoted mother, grandmother, and Registered Nurse whose journey from adversity to purpose reflects resilience, strength, and determination. Raised in the rural South under difficult circumstances, she learned early to rely on perseverance and quiet strength to rise above hardship.

Today, Paula works in healthcare leadership and is passionate about helping others recognize their worth, grow through life’s challenges, and move forward with intention. Her work is grounded in real-life experience and a deep understanding of perseverance and personal growth.

She is the founder of Hartford James LLC and the author of Poverty to Power, along with children’s books and guided journals designed to encourage reflection, faith, personal growth, gratitude, and meaningful connection.
