Miriam Moras

Miriam Moras is a health coach and the creator of the Food Wisdom series, a collection of clear and approachable guides on nutrition and holistic well-being. Her perspective has been shaped by more than twenty years of living abroad—mainly in Asia—and by integrating both Western and Eastern approaches to health while working with people from many cultural backgrounds.

She created Food Wisdom in response to the confusion and overwhelm that often surrounds health information today. Rather than offering quick fixes or trends, Miriam focuses on practical foundations, simple tools, and adaptable guidelines that support long-term, sustainable well-being.

The series covers nutrition, mindfulness, sleep, mental and emotional health, habit building, movement, and the connection between body and mind. The books have been regularly revised to keep them up to date.

Miriam lives in Spain, where she continues to write and develop her work while cultivating an intentional, balanced way of life. She enjoys slow and old-fashioned travel, painting, walking in nature, reading, and cooking. She is also a mother, a role that has deeply influenced her perspective on health, balance, and sustainable well-being across different stages of life.
