Kleene World spent many years as an educator. As an educator, she enjoyed crafting new creative spaces for development, growth and innovation.

Kleene also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has worked with Small Business Enterprises (SBE) for over 20-years.

The combination of educator and businessperson, has provided her with the unique advantage of understanding the intricacies of the “21st Century Youth.”

This understanding has led to a passion to see young people reach their fullest potential. Through the development of many programs, she has provided several platforms for youth to cultivate their talent.
