I am a multi-talented writer and artist whose creative works span fiction, poetry, songwriting, stage plays, and filmmaking. Born in Greensboro, North Carolina, and raised in the suburbs of Prince George's County, Maryland, I discovered my gift for storytelling at a young age. My mother nurtured my abilities, helping me become a published poet and win several writing competitions early on. My passion for narrative took flight through music as well, appearing in singing competitions and co-writing songs for independent films like The Prince of Hitsville. My diverse creative background includes acting in films such as Nick and The Storm, producing short films, and writing stage plays.
My fiction works are under the moniker R.K. Slade and my Christian books and journals are under Roslyn Miller or Kristina Miller.
