Len Mitchell

Professional Chef Len Mitchell has held many positions in the Hotel and Restaurant industry during his illustrious career. He is an alumnus of SUNY Delhi’s Hospitality Management program. He graduated with honors graduate with an Associate's degree in Restaurant Management / Culinary Arts, and went on to SUNY New Paltz and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Economics. He currently works as an Executive Chef and loves every minute of it in Boston, Massachusetts, which allows him to fulfill his lifelong dream to live life on the ocean.
