Brian Kenney

I am Brian, founder and current owner of Team Extreme LLC and Author of Figuring it Out: A Youth Guide to Navigating Lifes Construction Curves to Build Your Best Life & The Dynamic Dozen Team Building Toolkit.

I am passionate about assisting individuals and groups in improving their leadership skills and abilities to harness team cohesion. For over 25 years, I have been traveling to schools throughout Wisconsin, creating an environment where teams come together through activities and conversations to grow and succeed. I aim to increase human connections, develop a thriving culture, and exhibit a positive, outcome-based climate within our schools and community.

Before retiring from education in 2023, I was a servant educator for 25 years. I graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice. I received another Bachelor's in Social Work from Upper Iowa University and a Master of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin—Stevens Point. These experiences, including my time as a special education teacher and a transition consultant, have contributed to my ideas and passion for helping teams grow.

I reside in Wisconsin Dells, WI, with my children Griffin (15) and Sienna (12). I enjoy officiating basketball, football, and timing track and field events across multiple levels. My other passions include fishing and woodworking.
