Michael D Hebert

My name is Mike Hebert (pronounced A-Bear, it's a Cajun name). I served in the U.S. Navy as an officer in the SEALs just after the Vietnam War. Prior to completing SEAL training, I was in Vietnam briefly on the USS Newport News, CA-148, a heavy cruiser. After my Navy service I joined the CIA as an operations officer. I retired in 2002 and began contracting for the CIA, Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Defense until 2018. I have served in 80 countries, including Iraq and Afghanistan, and have spoken several languages throughout my career.
