As a qualified NNEB Nursery Nurse and an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant, I spent 25 years in a London primary school, supporting students from Early Years to Key Stage 2.

I specialized in teaching phonics to Early Years and Key Stage 1. My own childhood struggles had fuelled my passion for teaching children these important life skills.

Creating my phonics reference book came to me after struggling to find suitable word banks, for my phonics booster classes, that were easy to access. I feel immensely proud of my achievement.

Currently working as a holistic therapist, I support the well-being of children and adults in London and Chelmsford, offering reiki treatment, meditation classes and well-being workshops to individuals and families, as well as workshops in schools.

I love creating handmade gifts for all occasions, including reiki infused bath soaks, custom made cross stitch gifts, wedding day keepsakes and so much more.
