Jonathan Bernstein

JONATHAN BERNSTEIN is a father, entrepreneur, filmmaker and author of three books (“Two Goats” and “Election Day”, and "Halloween" with Illustrator Natalia Berezina). Bernstein wants to make a positive impact through the power of visual storytelling. Born in NYC, he grew up in San Francisco and now lives in Portland, Oregon. Bernstein has a PhD from Yale University. A lifelong student of European languages, his work has been seen on KGO ABC7 San Francisco, Outrage Overload, Coffee with the Dog, Authority Magazine and many top podcasts.

When not immersed in writing or theater, Jonathan enjoys indulging his eclectic interests. He is an avid hiker, often seeking inspiration in nature. Jonathan also has a keen interest in jazz music, finding parallels between its improvisational nature and his own creative process. A lover of culinary arts, he enjoys experimenting in the kitchen with international dishes, especially those inspired by his travels through Europe and Southeast Asia.
