Lon Holmberg

Lon Holmberg began as a photographer when his father gave him a Kodak Brownie camera when he was eight. Now, 70 years later, he’s still taking pictures.

Following documentary work in the Army, he co-produced two documentaries for PBS. Then, using the G.I. Bill, he completed a Ph.D. in English at the University of New Mexico, and began a career teaching both English and Photography.

He lives with his wife on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
