Tekeisha Lee

Tekeisha Lee is a devout woman of faith, inspired by the powerful words from Isaiah 60:22, "At the right time, I the Lord will make it happen." She is a loving mother to six wonderful children and seven cherished grandchildren, finding deep joy in her family. Tekeisha proudly calls Desoto County her home, though her roots are in Jackson, MS, in the lively Oak Creek Subdivision where she grew up.

Her educational journey ended in the 9th grade at Forest Hill High School, but she didn’t let that stop her. In October 2020, during the upheaval of the COVID-19 pandemic, she bravely moved from her hometown to seek new opportunities, a significant change since she had never lived anywhere else. She embraced this shift with resilience and an open heart, eager to grow in a new environment.

Tekeisha initially worked in elder care at Senior Care, but after a year, she felt a pull towards new horizons and joined T.P. Health Care in 2022. Despite her commitment, the reality of earning a modest wage in a growing economy led her to move to CCI Healthcare. Confronted with the limited job opportunities available without a college degree, Tekeisha decided to explore entrepreneurship. In February 2023, fueled by her deep faith, she resigned from CCI Healthcare to start her own business, Keisha's Cleansing Delight LLC.

Tekeisha’s life is a testament to resilience and determination. She has overcome many challenges, fears, and doubts, attributing her success to her faith in God and her belief in her capabilities. Today, she passionately shares her journey with young women, encouraging them to find their purpose and chase their dreams with grit.

Tekeisha believes that everyone has a unique purpose in life. She urges others to find their calling, confident that it will reveal the true reason for their existence. Through her business, words, and debut book, Forgiving What I Cannot Forget: Rising From the Shadows, she aims to leave a lasting legacy for her family while empowering others to do the same.
