T.Cher Moua

Txhaj Cawv ((T. Cher) is a respected leader and social worker who has spent over 40 years serving the Hmong community. As the Founder and Executive Director of Family & Youth Advancement Services, he provides counseling and guidance to help individuals and families thrive. Txhaj Cawv is also dedicated to spiritual development as the host of the radio program Suab Moob Ntseeg Yexus and as an instructor for pastoral counseling.

With a passion for multicultural understanding, Txhaj Cawv volunteers his expertise to numerous organizations. Txhaj Cawv is an instructor for Perspectives on World Christian Movement and pastoral counseling through the Christian and Missionary Alliance’s HCI. He has filled church pulpits across the Twin Cities and mentors up-and-coming leaders, providing guidance for their development both locally and abroad. His teaching engagements help further Christian teachings with students worldwide.

Txhaj Cawv resides in Minnesota with his wife, Mai Yia. They are blessed with ten children, 17 grandchildren, and a shared commitment to strengthening individuals and families of all backgrounds.

Txhaj Cawv finds fulfillment in being a friend and coach, offering a listening ear to those facing challenging life journeys.
