Chris G. Kerr

Chris G. Kerr is the founder of the International Marketplace Intercessor Association (IMIA), which is dedicated to supporting business owners through daily prayer. Her background includes market research, where she worked for over two decades in call centers and conducting one-on-one research. She has learned that there are multitudes of matters and people worth praying for in our complex world, and she is committed to using her expertise to make a difference.

Chris's passion for prayer and her desire to cultivate this skill led her to pursue a Mastery Diploma in Global Intercession through SHIFT College of Intercession. Her graduation with over 1000 supervised prayer hours is a testament to her dedication. Today, as a manager at SHIFT Global operations, she not only collaborates with fellow intercessors and dedicated entrepreneurs but also serves as a mentor, guiding them in their shared commitment to intercession and the essential role of prayer in their business endeavors. Together, they are honing the skill of prayer, knowing they have the intercessors crafted prayers to pray.

Chris is the author of "Marketplace Prayers: A Call to Transform Our World," "Marketplace Prayers: Loving God, Yourself, and Others," and "Marketplace Prayers: Embracing Freedom in Your Workplace."

Her love for creativity and writing compliments Chris's passion for prayer. With a collection of books, journals, and pens always at her side, she is constantly writing—whether it's heartfelt cards, sincere prayers, or reflective journal entries. Surrounded by her paper supplies, Chris enjoys creating handmade cards, scrapbooking projects, and crafting poems. Her creativity and love for writing shine through in everything she creates.
