I am a Scheduling Manager at Intel's Fab Construction group, specializing in delivering projects on schedule and within budget. With a proven track record in project management, I lead diverse teams, driving initiatives that enhance construction planning and scheduling practices. My focus on transforming organizational culture and refining project processes has consistently led to measurable improvements, leveraging cutting-edge technology to achieve project success.
One of my strongest achievements was at Google, where I developed the Datacenter Delivery and Execution scheduling program. This comprehensive initiative involved project infrastructure planning, vendor selection, contracting, project performance tracking, and post-delivery integration. My efforts in project automation and innovation saved tens of millions of dollars, significantly improving project controls.
Additionally, I co-founded Google's Computer Vision in Construction Team, which provided essential applications, infrastructure, storage, and computational resources. This project development turned digital concepts into tangible realities, showcasing my ability to drive technological advancements in large scale capital construction.
To share my knowledge and expertise, I established Beyond Deadlines, a newsletter and podcast dedicated to project scheduling, construction strategy, and technology. This platform allows me to connect with a broader audience, contributing to the industry's knowledge base and advocating for best practices in project management.
I hold a Master of Science degree in Project Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
