I’m Helena de Almeida, born in the coastal city of Setúbal, Portugal.

I’m a DGERT- certified Holistic Therapist who has shifted from offering therapy sessions to creating holistic products, because I believe that healing resides within each of us and unfolds in its own time.

I combine spiritual insight with the healing power of art, creating coloring books, oracle and tarot decks, journals, planners and self-help guides, many available in English, German and Portuguese, to inspire self-care and inner growth.
