Erifili Gounari is a 26 year old entrepreneur and author based in London. She's one of the leading voices on all-things Gen Z. Erifili's work as Founder and CEO at The Z Link is paving the way in the field of Gen Z marketing, with a specialty in how brands can connect with young consumers. She launched The Z Link in 2020 to help brands communicate with Gen Z through social media, and to publish original research on generational preferences globally. Since then, they've worked with brands such as Deloitte, the United Nations, Hearst, Everlane, and more.
