Kwyet Storhm

Autumn is a graphic design major and memoirist living in New Orleans, Louisiana, by way of Memphis, Tennessee. Her work centers on mental health, identity, and survival, drawing directly from lived experience rather than theory.

Through raw, unfiltered storytelling, she explores the realities of living with bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and PTSD, challenging the silence and stigma that often surround them. Her writing continues to push past comfort into truth, focusing on the parts of life most people are afraid to say out loud.

When she is not writing, Autumn creates visual art and designs that reflect the same intensity and vulnerability found in her words. Her goal is simple: to tell the truth, even when it is uncomfortable, and to remind readers they are not alone in what they survive.
