Felix von Held

Felix von Held is the founder of the Institute for Innovation and Change Methodologies (IICM) in Munich. As an executive coach specializing in future-oriented leadership and consultant with over 15 years of experience, he has a deep understanding of the dynamics of change and leadership. Previously, Felix von Held worked in innovation and strategic change management at the BMW Group, where he completed his doctorate on the subject of “Collective Creativity”. He is lecturing at different universities including the Center of Digital Technology Management in Munich since 2008.
