Felix von Held

Dr. Felix von Held is co-founder and managing partner of IICM Consulting in Munich and co-author of "Robust Leadership" (with Jan Oliver Schwarz). For over 20 years he has guided boards and top management teams in corporations and mid-sized companies through transformation and uncertainty.

His approach combines Robust Leadership and Foresight — applied to the defining change of our time: AI, under the term HI:AI (Human Intelligence + Artificial Intelligence). He developed the Robust Leadership Framework with the Bavarian Foresight Institute, based on a study of around 500 leaders.

His book "Robust Leadership: Leading with Confidence into an Uncertain Future" is published by De Gruyter in 2026; the German edition (FAZ Buch) appeared in 2024. Before founding IICM, he led positions in the innovation management and strategic change management at BMW Group. He has taught since 2008, including at CDTM Munich.
