I’m Maggie Moussa, an author and independent publisher, and I love creating books that give children something more than just pages to read.
I want my books to help kids think, discover, ask questions, build confidence, understand themselves, and learn skills they can actually use in everyday life.
In my Workshop for Kids series, I explore topics such as leadership, communication, confidence, creativity, emotional intelligence, teamwork, and problem-solving. I use stories, activities, challenges, reflection, and real-life situations because I believe children learn best when they can take part, think for themselves, and practise what they are learning.
I also enjoy creating children’s stories and activity books that encourage imagination, curiosity, emotional awareness, and independent thinking.
When I create a book, I always think about the child who will be holding it. I want them to enjoy it, but I also want them to finish with something new—a new idea, a little more confidence, a different way of thinking, or simply the feeling that they can do more than they thought.
That is what I hope my books give them.
