Bruke M. Kifle

Bruke Kifle is a computer scientist and product leader passionate about the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, business, ethics, and society. As a socio-technologist, Bruke is driven by the potential of technical solutions to improve human conditions in low-resource environments.

Currently, Bruke is a VC investor at TR Ventures, focusing on early-stage enterprise AI/ML companies. He brings several years of experience as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he supported clients in digital strategy and transformation across the banking, global health, and sustainability sectors in Africa. Previously, Bruke was a Product Manager at Microsoft Turing, an applied research group developing state-of-the-art deep learning technology to solve challenging business problems across Microsoft.

Bruke is passionate about AI and its potential to solve significant societal problems. He serves as a member of the ACM Practitioner Board and co-instructor for the AI Strategies and Roadmap course at MIT. He holds a BS degree in Computer Science and Management and a MEng degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT.
