Mr Mark Philip Smith

Mark P. Smith is the author of the Theo Newton Trilogy, with his debut novel, *Theo Newton Destiny*, a superhero origin story. The highly anticipated second book in the series, *Deception*, was released in May 2025.

Mark is also working on several other exciting projects, including a children's book, a thriller and a dystopian novel.

Mark studied Geography with Applied Environmental Science at York St. John in the mid 1990s.

He resides on the picturesque coast of North East England with his family and their beloved Labrador, Luna.

When he is not writing or updating the website, Mark enjoys running and has participated in numerous half and full marathons, including the prestigious London Marathon, as well as several ultra-marathons including the Ultra Trail Atlas Toubkal.
