Rose J Monan

Rose J Monan holds a BA in Comparative Literature and Italian Language and Literature from Smith College along with a background in journalism and publishing. She hails from Lusby, Maryland, the setting for her upcoming debut novel Runes in the Kudzu. Rose loves to explore history and folklore, weaving these stories into her own works of fiction and nonfiction. She currently resides in North Carolina with her husband, Ray, and two cats, Nox and McLeod. When she is not writing, Rose can be found making art, wandering in the woods, or conducting research for her next writing project. She has contributed short stories to The Secrets of Lilypond Lane: A Twisted Thriller Anthology and the upcoming anthologies Hand of Doom: A Literary Tribute to Black Sabbath and White on White: A Literary Tribute to Bauhaus.
