Lubna Isam is a writer, blogger, journalist and activist. She dual majored in computer science and journalism and graduated MBA with distinction. She likes to write novels and short stories that reflect the trials and tribulations of the contemporary African society. She published multiple novels in English and Arabic with publishers in the UK, Kuwait, Sudan, as well as on online publishing platforms like Amazon. She is an active member of many voluntary and civic societies, her focus being on cancer and renal-failure patients. Her voluntary work includes providing psychological and financial support for those patients. She currently works as the CEO of Layla Cultural Platform and does freelance graphics and website design work.
