Georgina Poole

Georgina Poole is the Co-Founder and Director of Event Learning Australia, helping organisations move beyond surface-level safety fixes by changing what actually sits behind outcomes: the decisions, trade-offs, and system conditions that shape everyday work. She is also a Doctoral researcher in safety change sustainability and the host of the "Leading Safely" podcast, which is listened to in over 100 countries around the globe. As an International keynote speaker, Georgina is passionate about learning and sharing from global experts. Georgina holds a Bachelor of Business in OHS & HR, an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management and a Graduate Certificate in Safety Leadership from Griffith University.
