Jessica Emberly

Hi, I am Jessica Emberly, and I am an author here on Amazon. I grew up in Lancaster Kansas, and been here ever since. I was born in Atchison, Kansas which is where my favorite restaurant is—the golden arches.

I started writing as a way to kill time in class during highschool, and eventually started drawing, and adding images to my literature—that actually led to my photography, and around the age of 13 (2013) I became intrigued by film making, and then I started studying Behind-The-Scenes footage, as I was fascinated by the film industry. My stepmom's (at-the-time) father (Steve Bowen) who I credit for getting me into film making was a colorist in Hollywood.

I started publishing my literature work more recently as I did not know about KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing). When I learned about it, I thought that they created a great opportunity for me as a writer—which they did, indeed. I give props to KDP for allowing me to publish my work here.
