Charles Britt Jr., known to most as CJ, is a writer, coach, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He spent over 20 years fixing real operations in railroad and logistics. Somewhere along the way, he realized the hardest thing to improve isn't a process. It's a person.

His debut book, Godliness Is The New Sexy: Path to Spiritual Maturity, pushes back on the story our culture keeps selling: that worth is measured by appearance and achievement. CJ makes the case that character, purpose, and a life rooted in something greater than yourself is the most attractive thing a person can become.

He is the founder of Trellis & Grace LLC, formerly known as Grow in Grace, LLC, and The Lean Life. He holds a Master of Arts in Management from Doane University.
