Wayne Labs

Author Wayne Labs is an electrical engineer specializing in radio communications; he holds a commercial General (First Class) Radio Telephone license from the FCC. For the last 30-plus years, he has been a senior technical editor and writer for industrial automation companies and magazines where he has written and had published hundreds of technical and engineering articles. Publications include I&CS (Control Solutions), CONTROL, Control Design, Electronic Design and Food Engineering, where he is still a contributing senior technical editor. Labs has also exhibited photography in community art shows and has served as a part-time commercial photographer. He operated his black & white and color darkroom before the days of digital photography and has also been involved in prepress operations for magazines and books.
