As a child, Uncle Justin enjoyed drawing and writing stories for fun. As an adult, he became a physician. He turned to art as an outlet to help him cope while working in the intensive care unit throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. During that time, his sister and brother-in-law had a baby boy (Perry), and he became a first-time uncle. This marked his pivotal transition from “Doctor Justin” to “Uncle Justin”. He started drawing and writing children’s stories that centered around his nephew’s interests to not only solidify himself as Perry’s favorite fun uncle, but also to create something that would encourage him to enjoy reading at a young age. He hopes that your family will like his silly stories as much as Perry does!
