Monique Grambow

Monique Grambow is a qualified Music Teacher who has been on a journey to deepen the wellbeing of her students since 2006. She has a variety of qualifications in practices such as Mindfulness, Music & Art for emotional expression, Sound Healing, EFT, TFT, and Life Coaching.

In 2018, Monique faced a life-changing health condition but took the opportunity to explore holistic healing modalities to self-heal. She is now a Self-Healing & Wellbeing Coach, incorporating all the wellbeing modalities learnt, with Energy Medicine, Mindset Programming techniques, Breathwork, NLP, CBT, Tao Alchemy, Acupressure, Silent Counselling and more.

Monique founded the charity MIND BODY SOUL Wellbeing in 2020 and leads a team of wellbeing coaches to run programs in schools, businesses, and the community. She has received recognition for her work by receiving the ‘Social Responsibility’ Award in ‘Ladies that Rock the Rock 2024, and continues to empower future generations and individuals on a holistic path to Self-Healing.

Monique's mission is to empower future generations and individuals with an education of the mind, body and soul, energy and emotions, by incorporating these powerful holistic techniques and theories into her children's books.
