Don Hynes

Author of four volumes of poetry, Slender Arrow (1998), Out From Under (2001), The Living Dark (2006), The Irish Girl (2017), Don publishes the online weekly Poet’s Journal. He attended college at the University of Notre Dame where he has returned several times as a guest speaker in language arts. Now retired, Don has an extensive career in construction project management, including major facilities for many non-profits throughout the Pacific Northwest. With his wife, artist and glass sculptor Linda Ethier, he lives between the San Juan Islands of Washington and Portland Oregon.
