Jazmine Franklin, MS, is the Chief Program Officer for Fly Five–The Social-Emotional Learning Curriculum for Kindergarten to Eighth-grade students. Jazmine’s visionary leadership has been instrumental in shaping Fly Five’s mission to help students develop social-emotional (SEL) skills through a research-based curriculum aligned with standards. She oversees the strategic development and execution of comprehensive educational programs designed to advance social-emotional learning (SEL) and student well-being.

Jazmine's professional journey is underscored by her eight years of hands-on teaching experience as an Elementary School Teacher. This period allowed her to cultivate a deep understanding of the classroom environment, student behavior, and the critical importance of SEL in educational outcomes. Her appointment marked her transition from the classroom to program development as the Lead Program Developer for Fly Five, where she has been at the forefront of creating products and programs that nurture essential skills such as cooperation, empathy, and self-control to promote better social-emotional growth.
