I am a happy foodie who has been cooking for many years, I started my journey baking for care homes in lock down and started publishing my recipes online and was lucky enough to grow a loyal and wonderful audience. At the end of 2023 I was approached by my wonderful publishing company Quarto Publishing and thus my Debut Cookbook 'Country Comfort' was created!
