Ulf Hlobil

Ulf Hlobil lives and teaches philosophy in Montreal. He did his PhD at the University of Pittsburgh, and he is originally Germany. His philosophy is influenced by Wittgenstein, Aristotle, Anscombe, Frege, and Kant. He has also been influenced by his teachers Robert Brandom and Anselm Müller. His work covers different aspects of reason and rationality, from logic to ethics and from social norms to the nature of inference.
