In a nutshell, I'm all about health. Health in body, mind, heart and soul. At a young age I was always different, from not being able to eat like my six siblings, to being a tad accident prone and dubbed my mom's ten-dollar baby. Yes, I was born in the doctor's office in Simi Valley California, when there was no hospital.

Life has a way of making us strong. Called the "N" word more than once, bullied and beaten till rescued, my dad taught me how to fight. All before he died when I was nine.

Having become mostly self taught before getting a Bachelors in Holistic Nutrition, my aches, pain and stomach upset propelled me into the utmost respect for my body, thru diet and detox. Oh how it did wonders for me, and continues to keep me upright and medication free.

Two NDE's later and barely being told about my birth defect of Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) in 2020, everything made sense. I've written a lot about health, and quickly discovered, Cleanliness is next to Godliness!

Join me on my journey, as I share a handful of the books I've written. From health, to detox, including EDS and its umpteen comorbidities, and finally to visions from God.
