Being shuttled around at a young age as a Marine Corps brat, J. M. Valentine learned to make friends with the make believe. Daydreaming became an enjoyable pass time where she played audience to enchanting worlds, characters, and adventures. Though she’s grown up, her imagination hasn’t grown out of conjuring realms and creatures she’s never known with one storyline after another churning away in her less than quiet mind. She enjoys overcast days, pudgy cats, and music that can reset a heartbeat.
