David Pasikov

David Pasikov began his career as a science teacher in urban Detroit. With that foundation, he helped found and later became the executive director of a residential school for troubled teens in Ontario, Canada. From there, David went into a 25-year-long private practice as a psychotherapist in Boulder, Colorado, which included serving a term as president of the Colorado Association of Psychotherapists.

From 2005 to 2018, David taught advanced communication courses to senior executives and managers in the international high-tech sector. One of those courses was entitled “Leaders as Coaches.” David ultimately realized that coaching would be an ideal next step in his career path, and he went on to earn his certification as a coach. He has since worked with a wide spectrum of clients—from college students to couples in crisis, and from a former Heisman Trophy winner to a Silicon Valley innovation pioneer—in all aspects of life, relationship, and business coaching.

David and his wife, Susan, live in Big Rapids, Michigan, where he continues his coaching practice while also serving as the U.S. coordinator of Life Alignment, a system he uses to help clients remove blockages in their lives and reach their full potential.
