Ellin Sidell is the CEO of The Sidell Method, a boutique talent development firm that helps organizations maximize their human potential and build high-performance teams at every level.

Ellin is a committed professional who is acknowledged for over thirty years of leadership and impact in a range of positions, including those involving global programs and project management, cross-functional solutions delivery, business and operations analysis, process-driven supply chain, and forecasting analysis. Her breadth and depth of experience inform her keen understanding of projects, processes, and technology, and above all, the people strategies needed to realize favorable outcomes. A persuasive communicator, thought leader, and team builder, Ellin is highly regarded as a tireless customer advocate and builder of lasting professional relationships who is results-driven with communications savvy.

Ellin's impressive career path has seen her build effective teams, systems, processes, and solutions that have grown multi-billion-dollar businesses for iconic companies such as Nestle, Microsoft, and Costco.

Instrumental in removing friction between Ops and Sales at Microsoft, Ellin delivered myriad multi-million-dollar IT initiatives, and established and optimized Retail Sales Account Manager processes for the 1B+ Xbox brand.

At Costco, Ellin founded a Leveraged Mentorship program that served over 200 mentees in five years and was recognized by both the Costco VP of Journeys and the then Costco CEO, Craig Jelinek. The program continues to this day.

Partnering with Dr. Cialdini, author of the bestselling Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion, Ellin became a Founding Member of the Cialdini Institute and is a Cialdini Certified Professional.

Ellin is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Certified Executive Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching, a Tiny Habits Certified Coach, a Maxwell Leadership Coach and DISC Consultant, an Associate Neuroplastician (A.npn) certificate from the Organizational Neuroscience Network (ION), and a PMP (Project Management Professional) through the Project Management Institute. She holds various Agile certifications, such as Scrum Master (CSM) and Advanced Certified Product Owner (ACSPO).

Ellin lives in Bradenton, Florida with her husband, David Irons. She has two daughters, Kelsey and Marissa.
