Fernando Ors is a European-born American economist, entrepreneur, investor and author with more than twenty years of experience building, scaling and governing businesses across private markets, real assets and technology.
He holds a double degree in Business Administration and Economics, an MBA from IESE, and a Master’s degree in Finance from CEF. He has also completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School, Stanford, MIT and Berkeley.
He currently serves as Chairman of Reental, Founder of Savïa and General Partner of Virtuous Capital. During his tenure at Codere, the group grew to more than twenty thousand employees, multiplied revenues and EBITDA by ten, and completed a successful IPO on the Madrid Stock Exchange at a unicorn valuation.
Beyond business and investing, Fernando is an author, speaker and content creator focused on capital, leadership, personal growth, faith and purpose. His work includes books, BookFlix titles, radio programs and video podcasts designed to make valuable ideas accessible to new generations and encourage a more integrated understanding of wealth: financial, intellectual, relational and spiritual.
Fernando lives on a small island in Miami with his wife and two daughters. In his personal time, he enjoys family and friends, films inspired by real events, playing the saxophone and clarinet, and practicing martial arts.
