With a consolidated career and more than two decades of experience in the information technology and international trade industries, the author is a Senior Sales and Product Manager with proven skills in project management, pre-sales, business processes, innovation management, and strong proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle E-Business Suite.
In his current role as Director of Sales & Delivery and partner at Ben Fatto, a position he has held since January 2021, his mission is to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective project management, resolution of reliability issues, monitoring of service metrics, budget management, and leadership of the teams responsible for service delivery.
Before his current position, he spent 23 years at Thomson Reuters as Global Sales Excellence Manager, where he helped create a competitive and innovative environment for sales teams around the world, with a strong focus on performance excellence and customer satisfaction in international trade. As Senior Product Manager, he was responsible for the development and delivery of global trade software, managing local teams and supporting sales and pre-sales processes in several regions of the world.
His leadership abilities were also demonstrated in his role as Area Manager for Strategic Projects and Alliances, in which he pursued strategic alliances and new business opportunities while maintaining existing partnerships. He acted as the company’s spokesperson at conferences, events, and trade shows and was responsible for the analysis and monitoring of indicators in domestic markets and across Latin America.
The author has also shown his versatility as Area Manager for Competitive Intelligence and Relationship Marketing and as Area Manager for Pre-Sales, where he managed significant business opportunities with a strong international component. His hands-on knowledge also includes experience as Project Manager for medium- and large-scale projects and as Development Systems Manager focused on foreign trade solutions.

He holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the renowned Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUC-Campinas, 1993–1998), which provided a robust technical foundation for his future achievements.
Continuing his executive education, he completed two MBAs at the prestigious Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV): one in International Business/Trade/Foreign Trade (2010–2012) and another in Project Management (2002–2003), which gave him a deep understanding of the nuances involved in managing complex projects in a globalized environment.
His expertise has not gone unnoticed, as evidenced by the honors he has received: the “Grande Colar do Mérito Dom Pedro II” and the “Marechal Deodoro da Fonseca” commendation, both at the rank of Commander, awarded in 2012 by ASUG – Associação dos Usuários SAP do Brasil and OCIM – Ordem dos Cavaleiros da Inconfidência Mineira. These distinctions recognize his outstanding contribution and leadership in the IT sector, particularly in relation to SAP systems.
