Bennett Andelman

Bennett Andelman is a 25-year marketing and people experience entrepreneur, and co-founder of an employee engagement and customer experience agency, HaloEffect. Bennett believes that the most exceptional organizations have the most motivated employees. Prior to HaloEffect, Bennett was the Head of Marketing & Communications at the largest privately held exterior remodeling company in the United States. While there, he saw his organization grow to a billion dollar brand, powered by its employee culture and culminating in an industry high customer NPS score, double digit annual revenue growth, double digit increase in retention, double digit increase in employee referral, and exponential employee engagement highlighted by winning several national workplace awards, including Best Place to Work as a Millennial. Bennett was also a brand agency partner at Allebach Communications for 6 years and oversaw Fortune 500 clients in food, healthcare, fragrance, and finance.

Bennett received his bachelor's degree in Communications & Theatre Arts from the University of Pittsburgh with honors. He is the incredibly proud father of Michael, Harrison, and Logan, as well as the extremely grateful husband to Mindy.
