Elisa Pallotta is a journalist and author. She has collaborated with several national online and print publications as well as other journalistic outlets, covering topics related to spirituality, inner life, current affairs, and well-being. She works as a philosophical counselor and mindfulness facilitator. In her work, she integrates reflection, meditation, and guidance toward awareness, with a particular focus on the Christian spiritual dimension.
In June 2013 she published the poetry collection Libertà (Vertigo Edizioni); in November 2014 the collection Cantici was released by Aletti Editore. In March 2013 she won the 17th National Poetry and Narrative Competition “Anna Malfaiera” in the City of Fabriano. The following year she was among the winners of the “Tra un fiore colto e l’altro donato” competition (Aletti Editore) with the poem Non ti lascerò mai. Also in 2014, her works were included in the anthology Impronte (Edizioni Pagine) and in the anthology of the International Unpublished Poetry Competition “Il Federiciano” with L’albero della vita. The poem Da sempre ti cerco was also published in Habere Artem, vol. XXI (Aletti Editore). In 2022 she appeared in the collection Poeti del Nuovo Millennio a Confronto – Ponente, with fifteen poetic compositions.
As an author, she now mainly focuses on texts of Christian spirituality, meditation, and prayer. Among her self-published titles are Le preghiere del cuore, a collection of articles dedicated to faith, and Le poesie dello spirito, a poetic compendium exploring the dialogue between the soul and God. She has also published numerous spiritual, meditative, and narrative texts available on Amazon, including collections on the messages of Medjugorje, meditation journals, and spiritual planners.
