Melanie Chikowski

I grew up with plenty of challenges. Being abused and silenced my entire life led me down a path of more of the same. After years and years of the same questions "How did I get here? Why does this keep happening?" I am now armed with the knowledge and understanding of how my childhood programming led me down the path of repeated abuse and abusers.

It wasn't until I finally took charge of my life and started to love myself that my life changed forever. I am no longer afraid or ashamed to tell my story and I am passionate about helping others do the same.

I have learnt many hard but valuable lessons over the years. I am ready to share my knowledge and experiences with you to help you also become the best version of yourself.
