Shawn Creswell

Shawn Creswell, is currently serving educators as an author, PLC coach, consultant, and national presenter working with educators throughout the country to implement Professional Learning Communities at Work. With over 25 years of experience in education, she has served as a classroom teacher, middle school assistant principal, principal of a K–6 campus, opened a new PK-6th grade campus as a principal, and was the district director of curriculum, instruction, and assessment for a large school district. She serves as a school board member in the community where she resides to support educators, students and their families in continuous school improvement efforts.

Shawn is an experienced administrator who is passionate about exceptional learning and growth for all students. She is committed to adding value to every student and believes educators can accomplish this in all schools. Shawn has worked in both urban and suburban settings and in both private and public school systems. She has the knowledge and expertise to help transform schools. Shawn sees the struggles of district and school leaders daily and created this book to assist educators worldwide in achieving high results for both educators and the students they are blessed to work with each day.
