Marcelo De Santis

Marcelo De Santis is a global C-suite executive, technology leader, board director and investor, with a career encompassing Fortune 500 companies, tech startups, and nonprofits. His expertise lies in leveraging digital technologies to foster business growth. As the head of digital transformation at Thoughtworks, he works with executives to advance their business transformation strategies. He also serves as a board member for the Hispanic IT Executive Council (HITEC) and cofounded Angeles Investors, a venture capital firm supporting tech startups.

As an executive coach, Marcelo has empowered over a hundred leaders and entrepreneurs.
