He holds an MBA Masters Degree with a minor in Organizational Development and Security Management.. He was the prior Executive Director of a large Department of Emergency Services responsible for an area covering 910 square miles.. A contractor on behalf of the U.S. Department of Defense, He provided a full-year review and executive report of the Washington D.C. Department of Emergency Services' ability to respond to catastrophic incidents. and later served asLiaison for the National Fraternal Order of Police working with Federal Law Enforcement and Military installations. throughout the U.S.. He is a prior veteran of the Viet Nam Era War...He currently resides in the Ozarks of Ar.
