Rafael Vitorino is an autistic lawyer diagnosed late in life, acting as Director of the Superior School of the Niterói Bar Association and Vice-President of the National Institute for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Oceano Azul. He stands out as one of the authors of Public Civil Actions against Health Plans at the Federal level, benefiting more than 100,000 autistic patients, pregnant women, people with cancer and rare diseases. In addition, he is a Delegate of the Special Commission for Autistic People and Families of the Niterói Bar Association, former tax auditor of the Municipality of Japeri, and contributed to the preparation of the Handbook of Rights for Autistic People of the Rio de Janeiro Bar Association in exemptions in Tax Law.

Rafael Vitorino is also a columnist for the Circuito Aberto News newspaper and author of the books "Tax Law for Autistic People", "Autism in the Family", "Autism in Double" and "From the Invisible to the Invincible". As the father of Benjamin, a 5-year-old autistic son, he is an inspirational figure. His dedication and love for not only his family, but for the autism cause, sets him as a role model for other families facing similar challenges. His strength, perseverance and optimism clearly show that with love, support and knowledge, it is possible to overcome obstacles and build a more inclusive and positive future for people with autism.
