Ben Arendt

Ben Arendt has had the opportunity to learn from leaders—good and bad—across his circuitous career, which has included stints as a CIA White House briefer, Gartner analyst, business school lecturer, corporate trainer, and improv comedy instructor. Ben currently serves as the principal consultant at Depth Charge Consulting, where he helps executives across industry and geography improve performance and lead through change.

When he’s not consulting or writing sassy business books, Ben enjoys trying to help people laugh with the help of his brilliant and talented wife. The two live semi-nomadically on the east coast of the United States, along with their dog and cat.
