Randy Linss

From the time he played his first Little League Baseball game, Randy thought he'd found his calling. He would become a Major League Baseball player, a pitcher for the Cardinals.

Well, we all know dreams don't always come true. As much as we might love something, it might not always be the path for us. Rather than giving up, maybe we only need to switch to a different dream.

Although Randy Linss has loved creating stories since reading "The Dick & Jane" classics in first-grade reading class, his first published book didn't come until retirement. That's a lot of time to mull over stories in his mind.

Once his first book was published, there was no stopping him! Raised in Missouri's Ozarks, he based much of his writing on his childhood experiences. In retirement, he lives a quiet life near the shores of Truman Lake in Clinton, Missouri, where he enjoys cooking, hiking, bicycling, and photography.
