I am the Founder and CEO of Leading Your International School - an organisation whose mission is to 'Level Up International School Leadership'. I visit international schools and their leaders all over the world to learn from them about their schools and their leadership. I then write about them in my books. For over twenty years I've been a teacher, leader, business owner, author and father. Along the way, I have met some incredible people, including my two current co-authors Gráinne O'Reilly and Chris Nash, both principals for over a combined fifty years. Anyone who reads one of our books has the opportunity to contribute to its follow-ups. Great ideas come from anyone at any level of an organisation and yours might just make it into print!
