Randy considers her faith, family, and friends most important to her.
She lives near the ocean in Southern Delaware, which has fulfilled a lifelong dream.
She loves dogs, cats, and furry or feathered critters of all shapes and sizes. At a young age,
the wonder and beauty of nature inspired her to write and paint, resulting in local recognition.
Having found the joy these gifts and talents brought her, the adventure began, and it has
remained with her throughout her life.
Randy had the good fortune to spend 10 years studying with the internationally renowned artist Karl
Kuerner, who himself was mentored by Andrew Wyeth. The influence of the Brandywine artists’
tradition, made well-known by these acclaimed artists, can be observed throughout Randy's body of
work.
Randy offers Spiritual Direction and has served on the Advisory Board of the Franciscan Spiritual
Center in Aston Pa. as well as the Board of Oasis Ministries for Spiritual Development. She spent
many years in a variety of positions within the garment industry.
These life experiences combined have served as the inspiration to write and illustrate her debut book,
“A Dog Can Make a Difference.”
